Jean René is an immense Montréal based musician (viola and composition).
I asked him if he could give me a "Chaconne for viola solo," and this is what he offered.
Jean's creative process is very close to mine, so I started with a simple drawing, and following the evolution of the music, I started adding that image to itself, compositing its many iterations in layers/ways similar to how Jean René works in a recording studio.
