He graduated in 1974 at the Brera Art School in Milan. The following year he studied Art Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brera. From 1974 to 1976 he studied camera operator and direction at the Civic School of Cinema.
He works in abstract video art since 1999, when he created his first short film.
From 2007 to 2010 he was selected to participate in Abstracta Festival, International Abstract Cinema Exhibition; in this context, his works were screened in Rome and New York.
In 2010 he was selected by Videoart Yearbook, the yearbook of Italian video art, a project launched by a group of researchers from the Department of Visual Arts at the University of Bologna.
Since 2012, some of his works have been included in the Viafarini DOCVA's archive, a Milanese non-profit organisation for contemporary art.
In 2014 his work "Non ci sonno compromesi" was selected at Punto y Raya Festival at HARPA (Reykjavík).
