Punto y Raya is an independent festival striving for the free participation of artists and audiences.

There is no entry fee, we've devised an online submission system and give preference to venues with free admittance all over the world.

Your collaboration -however small- will help us carry out our activities, organize our third edition and provide better online services and infrastructure for all participants and viewers.
